SLIDE IN, SEAL TIGHT, STAY DRY

Hydrashield wraps your boat like a vacuum-sealed barrier—no lift, no hassle. Inflate the gate, pump out water, and you're fully protected.

Step 1

DEFLATE TAILGATE

Hit the AIR PUMP switch and deflate the tailgate to fill the Hydrashield with water and drive your boat right in.

Step 2

INFLATE TAILGATE

Switch to INFLATE to bring up the tailgate. The secure barrier is now surrounding your boat and the trapped water.

Step 3

DRAIN AND PROTECT

Power on the WATER PUMP switch and high flow bilge pump drains the water from the Hydrashield leaving your boat dry and protected from fouling and marine scum.

  • HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE

Once the water is pumped out from inside the HydraShield, the surrounding water (outside the membrane) has higher pressure. This pushes the flexible membrane tightly against the boat hull—like vacuum sealing, but using natural water pressure.

  • BOUYANCY UNCHANGED

Because the boat remains in water (not physically lifted), it floats as usual. There's no load placed on HydraShield to "hold" the boat.

  • NO LIFT REQUIRED

Unlike traditional boat lifts, HydraShield relies on displacement and membrane tension. Boats slide in under their own buoyancy, and the sealing happens after inflation + water removal.

GOT QUESTIONS

HOW MUCH CAN IT LIFT?

No lifting required, the Hydrashield does not lift. Instead, it pumps all the water out and the floor vacuum seals to the hull

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

No problem, the automatic bilge pumps will kick on and begin to drain the Hydrashield once more.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY BOAT ON THE WATER?

5-10 Minutes depending on size and type of boat

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET ALL THE WATER OUT?

35-55 minutes later, your boat is dry and protected (dependent on boat size)

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT SNOWS?

The snow will collect around the boat but the hull will remain protected. Once the snow melts the automatic bilge pumps will kick on and begin to drain the Hydrashield once more.

WHAT IF THERE IS AN ICE STORM?

Rest assured we have tested the Hydrashield in extreme conditions. A quick squeeze of the frame tube to ensure it's fully inflated is recommended before storms.

CAN IT HANDLE SALTWATER?

Not yet! Rest assured our team is working behind the scenes to get a saltwater rated version to market.

WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY DOES IT HAVE
